The role of the restaurant manager is a crucial part of ensuring the smooth operations of "Kassari." This position provides an excellent opportunity for you to gain diverse work experience in a leadership role.
 

As a restaurant manager, you will serve as a motivating team leader. Your workweeks will involve tasks such as hands-on work, directing daily operations, and monitoring sales. We require previous experience in the cafe/restaurant industry and in leadership roles. You should be willing to take on responsibilities, possess strong organizational skills, and create an encouraging atmosphere around you.
 

Kasinonranta's season starts as early as spring, and there is work available well into the fall.
