Are you interested in café management in a prime location in Helsinki? We are currently seeking a restaurant/café manager for the legendary Café Kompassi on the shores of Eira.
 

The role of the café manager is a crucial part of ensuring the smooth operations of the café. This position provides an excellent opportunity for you to gain diverse work experience in a leadership role.
 

As a café manager, you will serve as a motivating team leader. Your workweeks will involve tasks such as hands-on work, directing daily operations, and monitoring sales. We require previous experience in the café/restaurant industry and in leadership roles. You should be willing to take on responsibilities, possess strong organizational skills, and create an encouraging atmosphere around you.
 

Kompassi's season starts as early as spring, and there is work available well into the fall.
