Waiter/Waitress for the Summer Season

We are looking for waitstaff to join Kahvila Kasinonranta for the upcoming summer season. Our season begins in spring and continues well into autumn. We offer flexible employment arrangements tailored to the length of the season and your available working hours.

​

Kasinonranta is a lively seaside summer destination combining high quality café operations, alcoholic beverages and various events. During sunny days the pace is fast and customer flow depends strongly on the weather. You will become part of an energetic team where every contribution directly impacts the customer experience.

Your responsibilities include

​

• Customer service and taking orders

• Serving food and beverages and handling the cash register

• Preparing drinks, including specialty coffees and basic cocktails

• Maintaining cleanliness and overall order

• Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience

​

We expect from you

​

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress, seasonal work is considered an advantage

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• A proactive, responsible and energetic work approach

• A positive customer service mindset, your smile does not fade during rush hours

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

• Flexibility with working hours, as our operations are strongly affected by weather conditions

• Fluency in Finnish and English

• Valid hygiene and alcohol serving certificates

• At least 18 years old
