Cook – Summer Season

Location: Helsinki, Lauttasaari
Employment type: Spring to autumn, 0–30 hours per week by agreement
Salary: According to agreement, competitive based on experience

We are looking for cooks to join Kahvila Kasinonranta for the summer season. Our season begins in spring and continues well into autumn. Working hours are flexible and agreed individually.
​
Kasinonranta’s kitchen is diverse and fast paced. From the hot kitchen we prepare hearty toast dishes, burgers and a large salad bar selection. We also produce a wide range of baked goods, including breads, pies and sweet buns. A visually appealing display counter is an essential part of our concept, so attention to presentation and detail is important.

Your responsibilities include

Preparing and plating dishes

Working in both cold and hot kitchen sections

Preparing salad bar and display products

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and smooth daily operations

Participating in daily production planning

We expect from you

Previous work experience in a kitchen

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

A proactive and responsible work approach

Attention to detail and eye for presentation

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Fluency in Finnish or English

Valid hygiene passport
