We are looking for Shift Supervisors for Birgitta for the upcoming summer season. Our season starts in the spring and continues through autumn. We can tailor different types of employment contracts to suit the season and your availability.

Summer in “Bige”

​

We are seeking customer service and sales oriented professionals for the summer. A positive attitude and a proactive, flexible approach to work are essential. We offer a fun and energetic work environment where you can showcase your skills. We work closely as a team and continuously develop our operations.

​

As a Shift Supervisor, you are responsible for the smooth execution of the operational shift. You lead by example, organize the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience even during busy hours.

​

We expect from you

​

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry

• Experience in operational shift management and independently running shifts, including staffing, break scheduling, guiding the team, ordering and reporting

• A firm but inspiring leadership style with the ability to motivate the team

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational and problem solving skills with a proactive approach

• Excellent customer service mindset and strong communication skills

• Good knowledge of specialty coffees and basic alcoholic beverages

• Willingness to participate in hands on service work

• Experience in organizing events and larger service entities

• Flexibility with working hours, as our operations adapt to weather conditions

• Fluency in Finnish and English

• Valid hygiene and alcohol serving certificates

• A positive and energetic can do attitude
