We are looking for waiters and waitresses for Restaurant Birgitta for the upcoming summer season. Our season starts in the spring and continues well into the autumn. We can tailor different types of employment contracts to suit the season and your availability.

Summer at “Bige”

​

We are looking for customer service and sales oriented team members for the summer. A positive attitude, energetic and flexible approach to work, and a genuine desire to create an excellent customer experience are essential to us.

​

We expect previous experience in the restaurant industry and confidence in working with alcoholic beverage service. We offer a fun and energetic work environment on Helsinki’s most beautiful beach, where you can truly showcase your skills. We work closely as a team and continuously develop our operations.

Requirements

​

• At least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Flexible and positive attitude

• Excellent customer service mindset

• Proactive and energetic work approach

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Punctuality and reliability

• Legal age

• Valid hygiene passport

• Valid alcohol serving license

Considered an Advantage

​

• Experience working in a busy seasonal or terrace environment

• Knowledge of cash register systems

• Good language skills, especially English, additional languages are a plus

• Knowledge of beverages and menu items

• Ability to learn quickly and handle versatile tasks
