The role of the restaurant manager is a crucial part of ensuring the smooth operations of "Bige." This position provides an excellent opportunity for you to accumulate diverse work experience in a leadership role.
 

As a restaurant manager, you will act as a motivating team leader. Your workweeks will involve tasks such as hands-on work, guiding daily operations, and monitoring sales. We require prior experience in the café/restaurant industry and in leadership roles. You should be willing to take on responsibilities, possess strong organizational skills, and foster an encouraging atmosphere around you.
 

Birgitta's season starts as early as spring, and there is work available well into autumn.
