The Staff Makes the Summer – Come Join Us

We are looking for cooks for Restaurant Birgitta for the upcoming summer season. Our season starts in spring and continues well into autumn. We can tailor different types of employment contracts to suit the season and your availability.
​
Summer at “Bige”
​
The kitchen at Birgitta is diverse and fast-paced. From the hot line, we prepare hearty dishes, burgers, and a wide selection for the salad bar. In addition, our kitchen produces a variety of baked goods including breads, pies, and sweet buns. Attention to presentation and careful finishing are an important part of the customer experience.
​
We are looking for a skilled and professional cook who thrives in a busy environment. Working hours are flexible and include evening and weekend shifts.
​
Your responsibilities include
​

Preparing and plating dishes

Working in both cold and hot kitchen sections

Preparing display case products
-
Maintaining smooth operations and cleanliness in the kitchen

Participating in daily production planning
​
We expect from you
​

Previous work experience in a kitchen

Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Proactive, responsible, and energetic work approach

Attention to detail and eye for presentation

Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends

Fluency in Finnish or English
-
Valid hygiene passport
